General Terms
1.1. Definitions and Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Fonbet Partners and the participating affiliates. By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, ensuring full compliance with the policies set forth by Fonbet Partners.
This Agreement is legally binding and establishes the terms under which an Affiliate may promote Fonbet’s services, direct traffic, and receive commission for referred customers. The scope of this Agreement applies to all marketing channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, and email marketing.
1.2. Modifications to the Agreement
Fonbet Partners reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after updates will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
Modifications may include changes to commission structures, promotional restrictions, payout thresholds, or general policies. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
1.3. Rights and Responsibilities
- Fonbet Partners provides affiliates with unique tracking links, marketing materials, and performance reporting tools.
- Affiliates must ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable laws, ethical marketing standards, and Fonbet’s brand guidelines.
- Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising.
- Both parties agree to act in good faith, promoting a fair and transparent affiliate relationship.
1.4. Termination
Fonbet Partners reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:
- The affiliate violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activities, including self-referrals and bonus abuse, are detected.
- The affiliate’s marketing methods damage Fonbet’s reputation or violate laws.
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited, and the affiliate’s tracking links will be deactivated.
Affiliate Participation
2.1. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
- Own or have access to platforms where Fonbet’s services can be promoted ethically and responsibly.
- Not be an employee, shareholder, or directly affiliated with Fonbet.
- Have no previous record of fraudulent affiliate activity.
2.2. Registration and Approval
- Affiliates must submit an application via the Fonbet Partners website.
- Fonbet Partners reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
- Approved affiliates will receive unique tracking links and access to promotional materials.
2.3. Prohibited Activities
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals and multi-accounting.
- Using misleading advertising or unauthorized promotions.
- Violating intellectual property rights or misrepresenting the Fonbet brand.
- Promoting Fonbet in jurisdictions where gambling is restricted.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or permanent banning from the program.
Commission & Payments
3.1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on referred customers who register and place bets through their unique tracking links. The standard commission is calculated based on Net Revenue Share, but other models such as CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) may be offered upon agreement.
3.2. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly, provided the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold.
- Commissions are paid via agreed-upon payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, or cryptocurrencies.
- Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive earnings.
- Any transaction fees or banking charges are the responsibility of the affiliate.
3.3. Adjustments & Deductions
- Fonbet Partners reserves the right to adjust commissions due to chargebacks, fraud, or refunds.
- Negative balances may be carried over to the next month depending on the agreed commission plan.
- Commissions may be withheld if an affiliate is suspected of violating the Terms & Conditions.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure compliance with payment and commission policies.
Dispute Resolution
4.1. Handling Disputes
– Any disputes related to commission calculations, payments, or breaches of agreement must be reported within 30 days of the issue arising.
– Fonbet Partners will review disputes in a fair and reasonable manner, aiming for a resolution within 10 business days.
4.2. Governing Law
– This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fonbet Partners operates.
– Any legal action must be taken within the appropriate jurisdiction.
4.3. Breach & Termination Consequences
- If an affiliate breaches this Agreement, Fonbet Partners may withhold unpaid commissions, terminate the account, or take legal action.
- Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activities will be permanently banned from the program.
- Fonbet Partners reserves the right to remove affiliates who engage in unethical or misleading promotions.
Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through internal negotiations may be subject to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Fonbet Partners and the Affiliate. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
